How long does a free trial last?

14 days, with full access to the complete product — no credit card required to start. We send reminders on day 10 and the day before it ends so you're never caught out.

What happens to my data when the trial expires?

Your account moves to read-only — every project, RAID item, person, and artefact stays exactly as you left it. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe to a plan and write access comes back instantly.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Plan & Billing at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we never lock you in.

Is my project data secure and private?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Google Cloud (UK / EU regions), with strict tenant isolation enforced server-side on every request. We do not train AI models on your data. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.

Does Senshin replace Jira / Asana / MS Project?

No — Senshin sits on top of them. We're a judgement layer for senior PMs: AI nudges, RAID intelligence, exec-ready exports, and assumption-testing AI that challenges your plans. Your team can keep using whatever tracker they like; Senshin reads in via integrations.

How do I invite teammates or stakeholders?

Collaboration is built into Professional (£49.99/mo), but it's per-seat — each teammate who actively uses Senshin needs their own paid licence (founding members keep £29.99/mo for life). Invite teammates and stakeholders from Settings → Team, and guests get scoped read-only access at no extra charge.
