What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your data stays exactly where you left it. The workspace goes read-only — you can still open projects, review the RAID log, read past AI narratives — but new reasoning runs, exports and edits pause until you subscribe. No auto-billing, no locked data, no drama. Most PMs upgrade on day nine, once we've caught something their current tooling missed.
What if I only need it for one project?
Senshin is billed monthly per seat, so if a gig wraps in four months, pay for four months and walk away. The 14-day free trial lets you prove the value on a real project first. There's no minimum term and no long-tail contract.
Can I collaborate with my team?
Senshin is per-seat: each person who uses it needs their own paid licence. For a larger PMO, transformation team or delivery community that needs managed access, security review, SSO/SAML, RBAC, SCIM, MDM, data residency or audit-log export, request Enterprise access and we'll scope it directly.
Will it work with Jira / MS Project / our existing tools?
Yes. Senshin sits on top of your systems of record — it doesn't replace them. We read from Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday and spreadsheets, and we write our signals back where the team already works (Slack, Teams, email). Your delivery team keeps their board. You get the judgement layer above it.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is ten months' price for twelve months' use — 2 months free. Professional is £49.99/month or £499.90/year; the founding price is £29.99/month or £299.90/year. Enterprise is negotiated directly and has no public self-serve price.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Business customers in the UK and EU can reclaim VAT through their normal tax process.
Is the founding-member price really for life?
Yes — the first 100 members lock the £29.99/month founding price for life (or £299.90/year). This isn't a temporary discount that expires: it's a real lower price you keep for as long as you stay, even as the Professional price rises. You also get a Founding Member badge for life. Once the 100 spots are gone, new members pay the £49.99 Professional price. The counter above shows how many spots remain.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to read-only. No retention calls. No dark patterns.
How is payment handled?
Stripe processes every payment. We never see or store your card details. You'll receive a receipt by email after each charge. Enterprise is invoiced annually by bank transfer or card.
