Senshin

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Senshin, including trial, paid, and enterprise accounts. It supplements our Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use Senshin to:

• Scrape or extract data — automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction from the platform.
• Reverse engineer — decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
• Competitive analysis — use the platform specifically to build or improve a competing product.
• Share credentials — share login credentials, API keys, or session tokens with unauthorised parties.
• Automated abuse — use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform beyond documented APIs.
• Circumvent limits — use multiple accounts or other techniques to bypass plan limits or rate controls.
• Illegal activity — use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass or harm — use the platform to harass, defame, or cause harm to other users or third parties.
• Distribute malware — upload files or content that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate — impersonate another user, person, or entity when using the platform.

3. AI usage guidelines

Senshin's AI features are designed to assist project delivery professionals. You agree to:

• Not rely solely on AI outputs for critical business decisions without human review.
• Not use AI features to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or illegal.
• Not attempt to extract the AI system's training data, prompts, or underlying models.
• Report any AI outputs that are inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful.

4. Data and content

You are responsible for all data you upload to Senshin. You must not upload:

• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Personally identifiable information of individuals without proper consent or legal basis.
• Classified, restricted, or export-controlled information without appropriate authorisation.
• Content that violates any applicable data protection regulation (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

5. Security

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Test for, scan, or exploit security vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, or rate-limiting mechanisms.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@senshin.app.

6. Consequences

1. Warning: First-time or minor violations will result in a written warning with guidance on how to comply.
2. Temporary suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days).
3. Permanent termination: Egregious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination and data deletion.

We will always attempt to contact you before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect other users or the platform.

7. Reporting violations

If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@senshin.app with as much detail as possible. All reports are treated confidentially.
